Welcome Drink: Welcome with a refreshing organic coconut water.
Receive a set of ingredients and equipment for making traditional Thai coconut-based snacks known as “Baba Bin.” (1 set per group).
Understanding Ingredients: Learn how a single coconut tree can created a variety of ingredients.
Walk into the Coconut Grove to see the harvesting of coconut flower sugar and get to know coconuts up close.
Return to the lab and start making “Baba Bin,” a traditional coconut desserts.
Leave with your own handmade coconut desserts, fragrant and delicious, from the organic coconut garden.
