Itinerary Trip
Full day
- Our guide will pick you up at the hotel lobby at 8:00AM. We will then catch public transport to the train station where you will embark to Mahachai. Upon arrival, you can experience a lively seafood market and then walk to the pier to catch a ferry.
- We will meet with the local guide at the community center. Then you will take a rickshaw tour of the Thai-Chinese village. Here, you will get to explore the main attractions of the village.
- The first stop is the old-school train station, which is approximately 100 years old.
- Next, you will experience the architecture of the ancient wooden Buddhist hall, Wat Laem Suwannaram Temple.
- You will then visit the Chinese God Shrine before being taken by your local guide tasting a refreshing Thai herbal drink. Then we will visit Wat Chong Lom Temple to see a fantastic wall painting.
- Lunch will be served at a local restaurant.
- After lunch you can make your own herbal compress ball. The local therapist will show you what herbs to put into your compress and then use this to give you a traditional Thai massage.
- At 3:00PM we will take the train back to Bangkok by public transport.
