- 08.00am Meeting point at MRT Itsarapap. Then walk along the small lane passing Ton Son Mosque which is one of an old Thai-Muslim community settled down on the mouth of Klong Bang Luang or Klong Bangkok Yai in the reign of King Taksin after the fall of Ayuthaya in 1767. Then go on to Wat Kalayanamitr, locates on the western bank of the Chao Phraya River and Bangkok Yai canal, which was built during the reign of King Rama III on the land which donated by the ancestor of the family Kalayanamitr with a combination architecture of Thai-Chinese style. The large Buddha image Phra Puttatri Rattananayok, also called “Samporkong”
- 09:00am We start the boat’s route goes over many different places of high historical value, most dating back hundreds of years. and we will stop on route at the landmarks such as Ratchaoros Temple, King Nangklao’s Royal temple. Built with a combination of Thai and Chinese architecture unique to that era.
- The Artist House (Baan Sillapin) at Klong-Bangluang Floating market is a place where both young and old Thais and foreigners gather to enjoy drinks, food at the community. In addition to the artistic décor, visiqtors can also browse a gift shop of sorts, although. While it is a relatively small space, it’s chock-full of handmade works of art, from postcards to wooden Muay Thai figurines. The souvenirs are cheaper than those in any of the main markets in and around the city as well.
- Ban Poomjai Garden Café’ & Restaurant – A beautiful café’ with great authentic Thai cuisine under nature ,located right next to the a century old Lychee garden.
- 13:00pm After enjoying with nature and local life of river we will drop you at Wat Mai Yai Nui. Then sort walk pass the Temple and school to BTS Wutthakat and our tour ends.
