• 08.30 – 09.30 AM Meeting at the farm and listening to Wolffia Globosa.
• 09.30 – 10.15 AM  Workshop: make the compost from food scraps and garbage.
• 10.15 – 11.00 AM Workshop: Wolffia Globosa transformed into delicious dessert (crisp rice, balls rice in sweet coconut milk) 
• 11.00 - 12.00 AM Having lunch with Wolffia Globosa curry with fermented rice flour noodles and traditional food buffet such as shrimp paste with vegetables, fried fish, Wolffia Globosa omelette and soup or sour soup made of tamarind paste (5 persons/ 2menu + fermented rice flour noodles set).
• 12.00 - 12.10AM Break a little belly.
• 12.10 – 12.25AM Take a freight tricycle (2car/ 5persons), voyage in Baan Yan Jao urban, old military community King U Thong has fought in Praya Phai Ruea canal, Mueang Singha castle, visit at aunt Somjit’s home. She has plant from leftover material.
